Urgent systems maintenance
The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

We will be performing urgent system maintenance commencing Sunday 20 August at 22:10 UTC.
The aim of this maintenance is to optimise our systems performance and reliability, we anticipate the maintenance will take up to one hour to complete.
Vero will continue to operate and be accessible during the maintenance period, however there may be some minor disruptions.
We expect there will be some degraded performance, specifically:
• Delays to processing events and updating customer properties/segments
• Delays sending automated emails and newsletters
• Delays updating reports, logs and sending webhooks
Please note there will be *no data loss* and we will continue to collect data tracked via our API throughout the maintenance period.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Vero Cloud: Automated email processing (Transactional emails, Behavioral emails, Workflows) and Vero Cloud: Newsletter processing, Vero Cloud: Segment calculation, Vero Connect: Newsletter processing.
