Our systems have been operating as normal over the past week in relation to the changes made as part of our data migration. We are comfortable and are going to resolve this issue.

Update
All aspects of Vero are currently operating as normal except for the detailed "Trigger Logs" attached to individual "event" log items (when you select "View Data" next to an event). These are still delayed, and will likely be so until tomorrow. This does not affect any email processing in any way, but does affect what is visible in the Vero UI.

Whilst Logs and Customer Profiles have been up to date and real time for the majority of the last 18 hours, we have decided not to close this issue yet as we have observed some small instances where Logs have fallen slightly behind.

We will leave this issue open until we're completely comfortable everything is running smoothly for another 24 hours. However, at this time, there should be no issues affecting your usage of Vero outside of the "Trigger Log" delays mentioned above.

Update
We have now caught up on all backlogs related to email processing. All emails are now processing in real time as normal.

We are now focusing on processing the backlog of other Vero components. This means the following sections of Vero's UI are not yet realtime:

• Logs
• Detailed email history (the reasons automated emails did or did not go out, within the Logs view)
• Customer profiles (event tracking)
• Detailed email reports

We will post a final status message when every component of Vero is processing as normal. This will likely take several more hours.

Update

Update
Our maintenance has completed without issue.

We have not yet caught up on the backlog of emails that accumulated throughout the maintenance window. Catching up has taken longer than anticipated.

We will post a message to confirm when all emails have been processed and Workflows, Behavioural, Transactional and Newsletter campaigns are operating as normal. Until this time there will be some delays in processing these campaigns. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We have temporarily disabled updates to the Logs and Customer Profiles sections of the Vero UI to help process the above backlog faster. Outside of these two functions, access to the UI should be operating as normal at this time.

We will be performing system upgrades on some of our databases, commencing Sunday 28 October at 01:00 UTC (Sat 6pm PDT / 9pm EDT, Sun 1am GMT / 2am CET / 12pm AEDT)

The aim of this maintenance is to improve our systems performance and reliability. This maintenance involves several changes and will be run in stages. We anticipate the full series of upgrades will take between 2 and 4 hours to complete.

There will be degraded performance across services during the maintenance period including:
• Delays to automated emails and newsletters
• Delays in updates to the web interface and activity logs

We will continue to collect data tracked via our API during the maintenance window.
