We will be performing important system maintenance commencing Sunday 22 November at 06:00 UTC (Sat 10pm PST, Sun 1am EST / 6am GMT / 7am CET / 5pm AEDT).
The aim of this maintenance is to optimise our systems performance and reliability, we anticipate the maintenance will take up to one hour to complete.
Vero will continue to operate and be accessible during the maintenance period, however there may be some minor disruptions.
We expect there will be some degraded performance, specifically:
• Delays to processing events and updating customer properties/segments
• Delays sending automated emails and newsletters
• Delays updating reports, logs and sending webhooks
Please note there will be *no data loss* and we will continue to collect data tracked via our API throughout the maintenance period.
