We will be performing maintenance to Vero Connect's subdomain routing, commencing Saturday December 24th at 15:00 UTC (8am PST, 11am EST, 5pm CET, 3am AEDT). We expect this to last approximately 30 minutes.
The aim of this maintenance is to better align the application with our brand. The domain currently used to access the application, newsletters.getvero.com, will change to connect.getvero.com. A redirect from newsletters.getvero.com to connect.getvero.com will also be setup to ensure your bookmarks continue to work into the future.
Vero will continue to operate during the maintenance period, however the UI for Vero Connect will be inaccessible. **Any unsaved changes made in Vero Connect prior to the commencement of maintenance will be lost, and all users will be logged out**.
All processing (including collecting data tracked via our API, and messaging) will continue unaffected throughout the maintenance period.
We have chosen this time to reduce the potential impact to our customers, but if this is going to be an issue please email us at support@getvero.com.
We'll provide updates throughout the maintenance period as required and notify everyone when services have fully resumed.
